3. Health Guarantee and Medical Policies

• All puppies come with a written Health Guarantee.

• Buyers must follow recommended veterinary care and notify us immediately of any serious health issues.

• The health guarantee may be voided if proper care or vaccinations are neglected, or if injury occurs due to negligence.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We provide safe, nationwide puppy delivery via licensed transport services.

• Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be agreed upon before shipment.

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, airlines, or third-party transport providers.

5. Refunds and Returns

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds or replacement puppies will only be provided under conditions outlined in the Health Guarantee.

• Buyers are responsible for arranging safe transport back to Champions Cavapoo if a return is authorized.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Champions Cavapoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchase of a puppy.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy under all circumstances.
